Subsequent to the v1.23 release, which primarily honed the user interface, the new release extends the B2Core iOS app’s functionality with a fresh “Services” section, integration with Zendesk, and overhauled IB Module reports.

B2Core iOS now boasts a Services menu designed for easy navigation to supported services like Trading, Finances, Helpdesk, IB, and more. The section allows users to customise the widget arrangement according to their needs with a simple drag-and-drop feature. An additional perk of this section includes a preview of services that will be launched in the near future.

How Zendesk Works in B2Core iOS App

After successfully integrating the esteemed customer service platform, Zendesk, into the web version of B2Core, it is now also available in the iOS app. Zendesk facilitates seamless client interactions through its unique ticketing system, real-time chat, and AI tools. With the new update, the Helpdesk feature is accessible through the Profile section, enabling users to connect to Zendesk directly from the app and eliminating the need for further authorisation.

In-Depth Analyses of Client IB Activity & Rewards

We have added the Clients segment to the IB Room of the B2Core iOS to enhance the functionality of the existing IB module. Users can now access comprehensive reports about their Direct and Sub-IB clients registered through their referral links, receiving complete data about each client’s cumulative trading volumes and the rewards generated from their referral activities.

Moreover, the IB Room is now equipped to provide exhaustive reports on rewards deposited into users’ wallets. Users can access all transaction details with a single tap, gaining total control over their earnings and improved management of rewards. For user convenience, the Rewards section is strategically positioned at the bottom of the IB module.
